 Fasting + Yoga + Water + Sunlight + Prayer x6/Day = SLIM 

Fasting - Body Cleansing
Yoga - Mind and Body Relaxing
Prayer - Soul Positive energy
Sunlight - Physical energy
Water - Detoxifying

Needed :
-  Peanut, Water with Lemon, Banana
-  Time, Peaceful environment
-  Prayer book, Bible, Rosary
-  Family or Friends

Avoid :

-  Avoid frequently using gadgets (You may copy the text here and print)
-  Doing hard household chores like carpentry

This is Not For :

-  Those who are very old
-  Those who are very young
-  Those who are having serious illnesses like cancer

Note:

- Fasting will make you restless fell like you are looking for something, you are uncalm and fell like sometimes dizzy, pale and cold. You want food and then if its there you want to eat.  all those who are in diet encounters this. Most who did not resist the temptation of food became failure into their diet. But I will tell you that is part of the diet. So for our fasting it will be continues. It will no just bet a    1-month course of diet but you have to make it like a lifestyle and must eat less as you can. it will also help you become healthier -But at the end of it i don't want you to be skeleton so this will be nutritious formula at the same time. I'm an Asian man and those who are American might have to stick more of this formula.


Instructions :

  • 5-6 Times a week Mon-Sat
  • Choose your own diet plan + make it few and healthy. Most people have work so they might not able to survive what I will be going to give alone.
  • Add this into your food 1x banana in breakfast and 1x banana in Lunch
  • You can drink water anytime if you feel hungry.
  • Fasting is only on Breakfast and Dinner. I don't advice fasting in the evening because it is very hard to sleep, specially if you have work then we need a good sleep. Still eat moderately
  • Snack with peanut most of the time. This is making sure that your skin is tight and not loose.
  • Use water with lemon for your drinks. Water with lemon is really good natural Detoxing and it taste good. Water with lemon has many health benefits like Helps you with Digestion, Boosts your metabolism and Give the Immune System a Boost.
  • Fasting will make your nerve tremble so Kundalini Yoga & Prayer will help you relax at least. Remember the note above about fasting? those who are in diet don't have Prayer or Yoga. That's why when they felt the hunger of food they cant hardly resist which lead them to failure.
  • For Kundalini Yoga, Find most peaceful environment, this is for you to keep relaxing. you can do yoga in morning and in afternoon.
  • If at work surely boss gives you break time,  try to do the Kundalini Yoga - you can just sit in your office chair close your eyes and meditate this can be done with 10mins. If your at home you can do the Kundalini Yoga with prayer or Rosary.
  • Pray Every quarter 6am, 9am, 12nn, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm (just atleast 5mins each make it a lifestyle) Pray when you wake up start your day and up before sleep. 
  • At least 20mins sunlight a day in morning around 7am-10am. 11am is already too hot for our skin and it might not be good. Not just a solar battery will be recharged but also human. In fasting it will loss weight and you will loss energy but we can get natural energy without eating so there is a sunlight for us. I notice it helps blood flows better - if you have done it please let me know in the comment below if you felt the same.  Sunlight is also good for our skin.
  • Don't be lazy. Make your self active in moving things around, like waking up in bed and doing other task then you will notice you are already sweating. We don't need exercise because yoga is already there but i advice you to be more active like a teens. 
  • When your fasting make sure your somebody that you can talked with - Friends and Family. Because in fasting you will be thinking different things specially when you are alone - in other words it might get you crazy. People around you like friends that you can laugh with will be a great help to avoid this.

  • This formula not just makes you slim - but health mind and body and soul.

  • Yoga is good for health balance. Those like if your fat it may help weight loss and if you are thin this may help you gain weight - depends on what did you do with your yoga.
